Living Services Foundation is transforming long term care and supporting the changing needs of seniors in our communities.

Founded in 1996 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, Living Services Foundation has held and operated 13 long term care campuses throughout its existence.    Living Services Foundation is an award winning developer of long term care buildings and throughout its history has successfully partnered with a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations delivering successful, creative solutions to our communities. 

Currently, the Foundation owns and operates St. Clare Living Community of Mora, in Mora, MN and Minneota Manor in Minneota, MN.  The Foundation is always evaluating new opportunities to partner with Minnesota communities

Throughout its history, Living Services Foundation has sponsored over 13 long term care campuses in Minnesota and other states.  It has creatively and successfully led development of new buildings as well as acquired assets and has transitioned campuses when that is in the best interest of the community.

1996

Living Services Foundation is created to own and operate housing and long term care facilities in accordance with the charitable works tradition of the Roman Catholic Church.  LSF was affiliated with the Benedictine Health System at this time and was created to sponsor facilities operated by the Benedictine Health System.

2006

LSF was restructured without direct ties to the Benedictine Health System and Roman Catholic Church. It would continue to partner with Benedictine Health System in numerous capacities, but with this new arrangement, the organization began acquiring properties not affiliated with Benedictine Health System.  In 2006, it purchased two skilled nursing facility campuses.

2009

Living Services Foundation acquired the St. Clare Living Community of Mora campus.

2013

Living Services Foundation purchased the Minneota Manor campus.
